Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Due Baci Publishing, our customers and the beautiful community we've built mean so much to us. Every order represents a family choosing to share a little piece of Italian language, culture and heritage with the next generation, and that's something we will never take for granted.
We take great pride in the products we create and the care that goes into preparing every order. More than anything, we want your experience with Due Baci to be a positive and memorable one.
While we always hope everything arrives just as expected, we understand that sometimes things don't go quite to plan.
Please know that we genuinely care about your experience and will always do our very best to listen, understand and find a fair and reasonable solution wherever we can.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with love. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please don't hesitate to reach out.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
To help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, where practical.
Please email ciao@duebacipublishing.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and any damage, where possible
We'll carefully review your request and work with you to find the most appropriate solution.
Please note that the 7-day notification period does not limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
As a small, independent family business, we kindly ask that you choose your items carefully before completing your purchase.
We do not generally offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including where an item is no longer wanted or has been ordered incorrectly.
However, we understand that individual circumstances can vary, and you're always welcome to contact us if you have a concern about your order.
While we cannot guarantee a return or exchange outside your statutory consumer rights, we will always do our best to consider your circumstances with care and understanding.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Returning an Item
If a return is required, our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please contact us before sending any items back so we can ensure your return is handled correctly.
Where a product is confirmed to have a fault or problem covered by applicable consumer guarantees, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs as required by law.
For other authorised returns, any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated to you.
International Orders
We are incredibly grateful to the families around the world who choose to support our little Australian business.
If there's an issue with your international order, please contact us before arranging a return.
We'll work with you to determine the most appropriate solution, taking into account the nature of the issue and any applicable consumer protection laws.
