Our Promise

At Due Baci, we aim to create products that celebrate family, tradition, and the little moments that fill your home with joy. Every product we craft is designed to bring your famiglia together — whether it’s cuddles on the sofa, reading before bedtime, or sharing laughter over a favourite memory.

Our Guarantee

We are so confident that our products will create moments of connection and joy that we stand behind every order. If your Due Baci products don’t feel right for your family, simply return them within 30 days for a full refund.

Why We Promise This

Because every product we send is a little keepsake, a small treasure, a reminder of the love that surrounds us and the culture that we hope to pass on. Your happiness matters — and we want every Due Baci product to make your family smile.

From our famiglia to yours, that’s our promise.
