At Due Baci Publishing, we take great care to ensure your books are beautifully made and carefully packaged so they arrive in perfect condition. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Australian warehouse. 

Processing & Shipping - Australia

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard delivery. Please allow 10–14 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

International Shipping

We are delighted to offer international shipping to the following countries:

New Zealand
United States
Canada
United Kingdom
Italy

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia within 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 5–8 business days
  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Italy: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, weather events, or peak shipping periods.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Due Baci Publishing has no control over these charges and recommends checking with your local customs authority for further information.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a brief description and photo of the issue.

We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund once the item has been returned. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is required by law.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
